Someone left their unfinished crossword behind. Not quite sure they were getting the answers correct, either.
Which reminds me, I’m in the home stretch here. Only 2 more weeks to a completed Project 52! Woo hoo! Of course, that means a new one for 2013 is just around the corner, too.
I could not have gotten this far without all the support of my family and friends. Thank you, very much.
Like this crossword, I have unfinished business. Namely the last two weeks. With Christmas and New Year’s in there, I should have plenty to shoot, and plenty to pick from. We’ll see how that goes. Along with that, though, is the unfinished business of cleaning up my hard drive.
See, I shoot RAW. This is an awesome file format that saves everything the camera’s sensor captures. This allows more flexibility in working with the image afterwards. However, on my 18 megapixel camera, each press of the shutter create a 25MB file. According to my current image count in Lightroom, I have created over 12000 images this year. Needless to say, not all of them are keepers, but so far I have kept them all. This will have to change.
Yes, hard drives are relatively cheap these days; but they do cost money, they do take up space, and they do use electricity when powered up. This is not always a good thing. So, I will be working on paring down the images I keep.
