With the sun just coming up over the horizon behind me, it lit up One London Place in such a way that it appeared as though it were a tower of ice jutting from the landscape.
Something to file away for another morning to try again, perhaps finding a better vantage point where the streetlights to not interfere.

Not that I know of. I want to find someone, though, as I want to get up there too. Especially when there's a lightning storm brewing over another part of the city.
