This entry is part 3 of 12 in the series Project 52 – 2011 We had a combination Birthday Party and Anniversary Party on Sunday. Lilly made a Victoria Sponge to surprise her grandfather. This is the end result. One twist, instead of the usual raspberry jam, she used crabapple jelly. Quite tasty!
